| Fully automatic Command and Control
The plant has a very high level of automation.
The process of filling bulk products is performed whith a minimum degree of human help.
Tankers have a magnetic identification card which while being swiped through the magnetic terminal allows the following operations to be made:
- Tanker recognition
- Access to the plant
- Indication of type of product to be carried
- The driver to perform the filling operation

These operations are monitored and supervised by the Control Room operator, who is able to simultaneously monitor 15 such operations.
In the same way, product movement operations are also performed from the Control Room with a minimum of local operations.
- Reception of products entry from the pipeline
- Inter-tank transfers
- Redirecting of products to loading bays
- Supervision of filling pumps
These operations are executed by the Control Room's operators, who supervise the movement of 7 products, the treatment of effluents, the fire fighting networks and the acessory utilities. |
